All Nationals are eligible to membership. The following is a requirement:

A Valid Passport No
Members must be nominated at date of application
Only nominated members may redeem a voucher
Membership cannot be changed during a 12 month period, a Nominated member may be changed upon renewal. The new member will be subjected to the relevant waiting period, i.e. 3 Months
A Voucher is not transferable
Each Member will be registered on the Medicash Platform where he will have access to his Voucher Numbers and validation
There is no minimum or maximum age for membership. Application by minor “Main Members” must be co-signed/authorized by a parent or his/her legal appointed Guardian
